Before I built workflows and agents, I was a professional triathlete. Racing taught me something that sounds simple and is hard to live: you improve by showing up on the days you would rather not. It is also why I left university early. While training and competing, I worked Level 2 technical support at an Austrian internet provider, and that is where I learned how systems break and how to fix them under pressure.
Then came industrial IT at BMW, administering robotic equipment on a production floor where downtime is measured in money per minute, followed by more than six years at MSC Cruises running international guest operations. Resilient under pressure is not an adjective I picked for a badge: it is six years of international cruise operations plus production IT at BMW.
When the pandemic ended my position at MSC almost overnight, I went back to technology full time. Pure screen work turned out not to be enough. What I like most is the conversation before the build: understanding what someone actually needs, then figuring out how to make it work.
Today I design and ship workflows, agents and integration infrastructure for clients across Europe and the Americas. If you have a process held together by duct tape and good intentions, that first conversation is a good place to start.
